If you are switching broadband provider to join AOL, you will need to obtain a MAC (Migration Authorisation Code number - this is a 17 or 18-digit number that identifies broadband connections) number from your current provider. Once you have your MAC code you should call AOL on 0844 499 5555 once we have confirmed your order.
